Take part in this all-new series of immersive dining and entertainment events that are sure to surprise and captivate. Experience an exceptional gastronomic meal on the theme of darkness, presented in 5 acts in the magnificent setting of the Château, transformed for the occasion.

Evening of Darness will take you on a journey that will awaken your senses and sparks your imagination. Led by the hotel’s newly appointed and illustrious Chef, Gabriel Molleur-Langevin, the menu is a unique feast for both the eyes and the palate, with unexpected flavor combinations – think dark ingredients like squid ink, charcoal, morels, caviar, or black cherry. Throughout the evening, you will visit different areas of the hotel to discover new dishes and unique staging by Cirque Eloize. Let yourself be transported by the story of our master of ceremony, who will take you to the heart of this world where beauty emerges from darkness.
