Jean-marc joined Fairmont le Château Frontenac in 1997 as a bar and restaurant manager and was soon promoted to his current position.
Sarah Demers
Graduated in 2006, Sarah did her final internship at the Fairmont Tremblant where she fell in love with Fairmont hotels. Customer service is at the heart of these actions.
