Hôtel de Glace (Ice Hotel) Restaurant by Fairmont Le Château Frontenac

In the majestic & magical setting of the Hôtel de Glace (Ice Hotel) snow vaults, you will enjoy an exceptional Boreal-inspired meal signed by Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.

From Old Québec City, in front of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, a chartered shuttle will take you to the Hôtel de Glace (Ice Hotel) site, which you will have the opportunity to discover on a guided tour. Departure from Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., and the return trip from Hôtel de Glace (Ice Hotel) is at 8:30 p.m.

Upon arrival, you will be invited to take a guided tour of the premises at 6:30 p.m. to discover this unique site.

Immediately following a welcome cocktail, a warm menu as elegant as it is comforting, concocted by the renowned Château Frontenac culinary brigade, will be served at 7:30 p.m. in the Hôtel de Glace (Ice Hotel) exclusive restaurant, a room sculpted entirely from snow and ice.
