In the majestic & magical setting of the Hôtel de Glace (Ice Hotel) snow vaults, you will enjoy an exceptional Boreal-inspired 3-course meal signed by Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.
From Old Québec City, in front of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, a chartered shuttle will take you to the Hôtel de Glace (Ice Hotel).
Upon arrival, you will be invited to take a guided tour of the unique site.
Immediately following a welcome cocktail, a warm, elegant, and comforting menu, crafted by the renowned culinary team at Château Frontenac, will be served to you in the exclusive restaurant of the Hôtel de Glace, a room entirely carved from snow and ice.
