Dining at the Hotel de Glace (Ice Hotel) Restaurant : A Unique Winter Experience

In the majestic and magical setting of the Hôtel de Glace (Ice Hotel) snow vaults, enjoy an exceptional Boreal-inspired 3-course meal signed by Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. A chartered shuttle from Old Québec, will take you to the Ice Hotel site. Upon arrival, take a guided tour of the premises, followed by a welcome cocktail.

The Ice Hotel restaurant is available for reservations only on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from January 15 to March 21, 2026.
