After an international career in exceptional establishments such as Relais & Châteaux, Grandes Tables du Monde or in some of the best restaurants in the world including Noma in Denmark and Fäviken in Sweden, this Quebec City native considers this new stage as the next destination of the great culinary journey that his life is. With an ardent desire to highlight the best of the region’s products, Chef Gabriel will launch his first 5 and 8 course discovery menu at the end of May.
