To celebrate its centennial, Champlain restaurant invites you to enjoy an exceptional evening with the prestigious Bollinger House and its ambassador, Morgane Renaud, who will introduce you to the history, craftsmanship, and iconic cuvées of this great Champagne house.

Enjoy a five-course gourmet menu specially designed to pair with a selection of Bollinger champagnes served in Magnum bottles (1.5 L). Renowned for their exceptional quality, these cuvées will offer a remarkable tasting experience, revealing the full richness and elegance of the House.

In the intimate setting of the Champlain Restaurant’s library, let yourself be guided through carefully crafted food and champagne pairings, enriched by the ambassador’s commentary and anecdotes.

This exclusive evening will also serve as a preview of the New Year’s Eve celebrations on December 31, when culinary excellence, prestige, and the art of hospitality will come together to mark Restaurant Champlain’s 100th anniversary.
